Work at AESAN

At AESAN, we know that people are our greatest asset when it comes to carrying out all our activities. Their professionalism, values, training, experience and work ethic are the hallmarks of this institution. That's why, in addition to our permanent staff – both civil servants and contract staff – we partner through work experience agreements to support the training of university and vocational training (FP) students.

Among the functions of AESAN described in Article 4 of its Statutes, approved by Royal Decree 697/2022, is that of promoting training initiatives.

In order for a student to complete work experience at AESAN, there must be a valid agreement in place between AESAN and the relevant university or training institution.

Those interested should contact the department or person responsible for the agreement at their university or training institution.
