Informes del Comité Científico

El Comité Científico se expresa formalmente mediante “Informes del Comité Científico de la Agencia Española Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutrición (AESAN)”, que se hacen públicos de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 28 del Real Decreto 19/2014, de 17 de enero, por el que se aprueba el Estatuto de la Agencia Española Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutrición. 

Los informes se publican en la Revista del Comité Científico de la AESAN y de forma individual, tanto en español como en inglés.


Los informes del Comité Científico de la AESAN se han clasificado en cuatro categorías: riesgos químicos, riesgos físicos y tecnológicos, riesgos biológicos y riesgos nutricionales.

By entering one or several words in the "Search" box, a search is performed in the following fields: Reference, Report title, Type of risk, Approval date, Scientific Committee Journal number, as well as in the set of keywords associated with each report. 

 

When several words are entered in quotation marks, the search is performed for that specific set of words literally, that is, exactly as they appear in the search fields (together and in the same order), not for those words individually.
