Reports of the Scientific Committee

 

For formal communications, the Scientific Committee uses “Reports of the Scientific Committee of the Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (AESAN)”, which are made public in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Royal Decree 697/2022 of 23 August 2022 approving the Statute of the Autonomous Body Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition. The reports are published in the AESAN Scientific Committee Journal and individually, in both Spanish and English.

The reports from the AESAN Scientific Committee are classified in four categories: chemical risks, physical and technological risks, biological risks and nutritional risks.
