3rd Conference, 2 July 2025. Food Safety and Climate Change
During this conference, four reports from the Scientific Committee of AESAN were presented, addressing topics related to food safety and climate change. Additionally, there were presentations on climate change and health, sustainability and environmental impact, the transition toward sustainable food systems, and climate change mitigation measures in food production.
