Based on that set out in “Food hygiene rules” and in “Guidance documents for the application and interpretation of the new community rules on food hygiene”, a list is provided below of the hygiene requirements which affect certain products of animal origin, as it entails a significant modification with respect to legislation prior to the publication of the “hygiene package”.
