Community register

 

A Community register has been created which includes:

  1. the vitamins and minerals which may be added to foods in accordance with Annex I,
  2. the vitamin formulations and mineral substances which may be added to foods in accordance with Annex II,
  3. the maximum and minimum amounts of vitamins and minerals which may be added to foods and conditions for their addition set in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation 1925/2006.
  4. information regarding the national applicable provisions for the mandatory addition of vitamins and minerals,
  5. restrictions on the addition of vitamins and minerals
  6. substances for which dossiers have been submitted as provided in article 17, section 1, point b),
  7. information about the substances included in Annex III and the reasons for their inclusion therein,
  8. information about the substances listed in Annex III, part C.
