Community register
A Community register has been created which includes:
- the vitamins and minerals which may be added to foods in accordance with Annex I,
- the vitamin formulations and mineral substances which may be added to foods in accordance with Annex II,
- the maximum and minimum amounts of vitamins and minerals which may be added to foods and conditions for their addition set in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation 1925/2006.
- information regarding the national applicable provisions for the mandatory addition of vitamins and minerals,
- restrictions on the addition of vitamins and minerals
- substances for which dossiers have been submitted as provided in article 17, section 1, point b),
- information about the substances included in Annex III and the reasons for their inclusion therein,
- information about the substances listed in Annex III, part C.
