Database of Food Safety and Nutrition Experts


The database of Food Safety and Nutrition Experts enables AESAN to improve its knowledge of the experts in Spain in various fields related to food safety and nutrition. This makes it possible to support the work of the Scientific Committee through the collaboration of external experts.

Scientists with relevant, demonstrable experience in different fields of food safety and nutrition are invited to join the database.

Candidates must sign in to the application in order to supply their details. Applicants’ relevant experience must be demonstrable through such evidence as scientific publications, participation in research projects or post-graduate qualifications.

Access to the database of Food Safety and Nutrition Experts

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), when providing their data through this application, the experts give their consent for such data to be included in the database of the AESAN " Food Safety and Nutrition Experts", in order that they can be used in the activities of the Spanish Agency of Food Safety and Nutrition.
