Houda Berrada Ramdani

 

PhD in Food Science and Technology, Graduate in Pharmacy and Environmental Sciences. Professor of Toxicology in the Department of Preventive Medicine and Public Health, Food Sciences, Toxicology and Forensic Medicine, at the University of València. She is the spokesperson of the executive board of the Spanish Toxicology Association.

Her main lines of research are on the risk assessment of mycotoxins in foods and pesticide and veterinary drug residue; and the development of emerging technologies (electric pulse technology) to reduce the presence of contaminants in foods.
