Strategies for the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases (or chronic diseases), or prevention of overweight and obesity (as the strategy NAOS), should be based on the best available evidence, at the beginning of public health, be free of conflicts of interest and have population approach but near the individual to their motivation and commitment to the healthier habits. Thus, since the strategy NAOS of AESAN, which deals with two of risk factors of these ENT and obesity as unhealthy food and sedentarism or physical inactivity, in line with European institutions sanitary (World health organization, European Commission, etc.) promotes the identification, development, implementation and dissemination of interventions, programs or good practices, based on the evidence, for transfer and reproduction in other areas and large-scale and achieve the objectives of the strategy NAOS and reduce these factors to effectively prevent obesity.
