Dos informes del Comité Científico de la AESAN se han incluido en la revista de EFSA Food Risk Assess Europe (FRAE).
Two reports of the AESAN Scientific Committee have been included in Food Risk Assess Europe (FRAE). FRAE is an EFSA’s open access repository of selected scientific articles from the national food safety agencies of the EU Member States. The articles are selected to inform the work of the European risk assessment community for food and feed safety and to leverage the knowledge generated by the national agencies for the benefit of all:
- Report of the Scientific Committee of the Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (AESAN) on the risk assessment of botulism resulting from the consumption of vacuum-packed or modified atmosphere-packed foods
- Report of the Scientific Committee of the Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (AESAN) on the relationship between climate change and food security, and its impact on the nutritional status of the population
The Scientific Committee reports are also included in the Knowledge Junction repository of the Zenodo platform developed by CERN to ensure that everyone can participate in Open Science and share research results.
