Reference Conference on Food Analysis in the CNA

The National Food Centre holds the annual reference conference on food from 29 to 31 May 2017.

On this occasion it has chosen to have round tables and thematic areas on the latest issues: the new Official Controls Regulation, prospective studies, national planning of official controls and the marketing of food via internet. The second day has been reserved for more technical and analytical areas. These sessions will be directed at technical experts or specialists in the different areas who work in the official control laboratories.

A broad selection of participants is expected at the conference, including personnel from the official control laboratories and the competent authorities. Forums for discussions and the exchange of scientific and technical information will be created among all the professionals, contributing to the spreading of the knowledge and the improvement of analytical quality and offer together with official controls in food safety area.
