11th NAOS Strategy Awards - 2017

On 24 July 2017, the invitation to the 11th NAOS Strategy Awards, 2017, was published in the Official Gazette, B.O.E 174, under Ruling of 19 June 2017 of the Spanish Agency for Consumer Affairs, Food Safety and Nutrition.
Thus, the period is opened for submitting projects or programmes that include among their basic objectives the prevention of obesity and related chronic diseases, by means of a healthy diet and regular physical exercise and which are developed within the framework of the NAOS Strategy Objectives.
The deadline for submitting applications is 22 December 2017, inclusive.

It is important to note that a current electronic ID card or certificate is required for the electronic registration. This must be applied for in advance:
If submitting documents or files which exceed the maximum size permitted by the telematic registration form, this should be clearly indicated on the telematic application and, after submitting the telematic application, the documentation should be sent in paper, USB or CD form to the Official Registry of the Spanish Agency for Consumer Affairs, Food Safety and Nutrition (AECOSAN) or using any of the other forms established in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure for Public Administrations (pages 89357-89358), addressed to: XI Premios Estrategia NAOS - Edición 2017. To prevent any possible problems which may arise when using the telematic registration process, we recommend that telematic applications are submitted sufficiently in advance of the deadline for the presentation of applications (22 December 2017).
